Copper Kettle Brewing Company

Denver, CO. Husband and wife, Jeremy Gobien and Kristen Kozik, founded Copper Kettle Brewing Company in 2010 and opened their tasting room in 2011. They quickly found success by winning Gold at Great American Beer Festival for - everyone’s favorite - their Mexican Chocolate Stout. In the last 12 years they have continued to find success as they expanded their production and their presence the eastern United States. Still, they remain true to their roots of being a locally owned, mom and pop brewery to serve the nearby neighborhoods.

Sanitas brewing coMPANY

Boulder, CO. In the fall of 2013, amidst the Boulder Floods, two former Boulder Beer brewers founded Sanitas Brewing Company. Given the deluge of water that surrounded their new brewery and barrel-aging room on the east side of town, Founders Michael Memsic and Chris Coyne thought it only appropriate to name their first barrel-aged sour Deluge. To this day you'll still find beers from the Deluge Series regularly available in their taproom along with a number of other Sour Beers, Lagers, IPAs, and experimental beers.

CRYSTAL SPRINGS BREWING COMPANY

Louisville, CO. After retiring from a 30-year career as a local band teacher, Tom followed his wife’s suggestion to follow his passion for home-brewing and open a small brewery. Fortunately for the rest of us, Tom is a smart man and listened to his her and, in 2010, Crystal Springs Brewing Company received the first ever Federal Brewing license under a Home Occupancy Law and became the first Commercial Brewery in the United States that existed in a residential garage. Today, Crystal Springs still has that brewery in the garage, but they also have a full production facility and two tasting rooms in Louisville.

DENTED BRICK DISTILLERY

Salt Lake City, UT. For Dented Brick, it started with a simple idea. What if they could build a world-class distillery in one of the driest states in the nation? Dented Brick strives to create unique spirits that tell authentic tales about the land and the history of their beloved home and bring those stories to other states. They utilize locally-sourced ingredients in their premium beverages and engage in responsible and sustainable production practices to create craft spirits that meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.

ILLUMINATED BREW WORKS

Chicago, IL. Illuminated Brew Works is a Chicago-based brewery producing beer for interesting times. From big, hazy IPAs, to yeast-driven urban farmhouses, adjunct-rich stouts and experimentally-driven sours and fruit beers, our offerings rotate seasonally to celebrate the annual cycle.

Launch Pad brewery

Aurora, CO Craft beer is their rocket fuel. The Launch Crew began with David Levesque and Henry Rusch, both Air Force veterans and best friends. David brewed a pumpkin beer for a party where he received high praise for how good it was and some suggested he open a brewery. In the following days, he began a business plan and asked Henry to come up with a name and logo - and that is how Launch Pad Brewery was born.

Moral of the story is be careful what you say to someone at a party after a few beers. They just might go and do it.

Funkwerks

Fort Collins, CO. Funkwerks was born from an award-winning homebrewer and a brew-loving accountant; Gordon Schuck and Brad Lincoln. The duo founded Funkwerks in 2010 after meeting at the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago where they were both studying Brewing Science. Funkwerks focuses primarily on saisons and sours, but also offers a range of Belgians and American styles, barrel-ages small batches and other specialty brews.

FLYTE CO BREWING

Denver, CO Founders Eric and Jason were both engineering students at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Like many engineers they became fascinated with the scientific process of beer making. Their nerdiness and precision that was natural to both of them led to some truly excellent beer. It didn’t take long for the idea of starting a brewery to get mentioned.

In 2013, Morgan joined the team. Their mutual passions for beer and sharing good times with others ignited the afterburners on what would become FlyteCo Brewing in 2019.

Jessup Farm barrel house

Fort Collins, CO. Jessup Farm Barrel House began in 2015 by Jeff Albarella, who is also the head brewer. Jeff has over fourteen years of experience as a professional brewer since graduating from the Siebel Institute’s Brewing Technology program in 2009. Jessup Farm takes a fun and creative approach to brewing beers by blending different variation to get unique and original flavors.
